Nanking Cherry Bush or Prunus tomentosa is a multi-stemmed, deciduous shrub that is relatively round in form. Beautiful, fragrant pink flowers bloom in early spring before the leaves appear. Green foliage turns yellow in the fall. In mid-summer edible fruit appears in the form of cherry red drupes. This is a high maintencance variety that requires prunning after flowering. Great for attracting birds to your yard.
