The Osier Pussy Willow are “host” plants for catterpillars, providing food and shelter. - Buddleja davidii ‘Royal Red’ – Royal Red Butterfly Bush. Well-known as one the best friends of butterflies. Cone shaped purple flowers in mid summer.
- Cornus alba ‘Elegantissima’ – Variegated Red Twig Dogwood. Grapes of white flowers blooming from June to July.
- Ligustrum vicaryi – Golden Privet. Golden yellow foliage, and white flowers bloom in June.
- Salix viminalis – Common Osier Pussy Willow. Provides food & shelter to caterpillars
